Founder

Francis has been an active dealmaker in the A&D industry for over 15 years with widely recognized subject matter expertise in aerospace & defense. He has led many of the defining transactions that have shaped the subsectors in which Redondo Capital invests, including but not limited to component manufacturing, machining, advanced materials and aftermarket / MRO. He previously led the Global Aerospace & Defense practice at Lincoln International and has helped owners maximize a range of strategic exit opportunities, including corporations reshaping their portfolios, retiring business owners, and private equity firms looking to realize strong returns in a favorable market. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and dual Bachelor degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
